Who we are?
ATELIER 3M was established in 2004 by two authorized architects – Marián Pokrivčák and Monika Štekláčová.
Our studio has profiled itself over the last 20 years mainly on the typologies of collective housing and commercial buildings. We are the authors and co-authors of many changes in the segment of urban planning in the cities of Slovakia, as our main focus is complex housing projects, urbanism and public facilities. ATELIER 3M prepares for its Slovak and international clients all types of documents such as an analytical study, urban and architectural studies, an investment objective, documents for area and building approval and the construction. We accompany the project from the very first sketches and ideas until the final construction documents and the construction phase of the project. Throughout its existence ATELIER 3M designed and delivered residential projects with more than five thousand apartments, multi-purpose projects, a hotel, shopping centres, a cultural centre and projects of a small scale as well.
